Frederick T. Martens

Frederick T. Martens retired from the New Jersey State Police as a Detective/Lieutenant and the Pennsylvania Crime Commission as its Executive Director. He has investigated corruption and organized crime in Paterson, New Jersey in the 1970’s and 1980’s.
